Greetings! This month at the annual Heard Museum Indian Market  I was very happy to receive a first place ribbon for my oil painting "Uncle Willie's Birth". This painting is very dear to my heart, as it represents my great grand mother Luann Nale standing in front of her son Willie's birth certificate.

For the past few months I have been working on a series of Choctaw paintings, using old documents and records using my ancestors as the foreground. You can see more of these paintings at Clarksonart.com
